Projects change. Access needs to keep up.

A freelancer joins a project

REX5 sets up approved accounts, groups, and permissions for the project. A named agency contact approves access, with client authorization where required.

A project ends or someone leaves

REX5 removes agreed access, checks remaining group memberships, and records the outcome. Client-controlled changes are tracked with the client’s administrator.

Permissions spread across clients

REX5 documents who has access to which systems, reviews permissions, and separates agency access from client-owned accounts so responsibilities stay clear.

Protect client work and agency accounts.

Delivery deadlines can leave shared credentials and old invitations behind. REX5 brings access administration into an agreed routine.

  • Employee and freelancer account inventories, including project and client access
  • Role-based permissions for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, GitHub, and other agreed tools
  • Password-manager membership and vault access, with shared credentials reviewed when people leave
  • Agreed MFA and SSO configuration, plus periodic access reviews
  • Documented approvals, access changes, and items awaiting action from a client or tool provider

Fictional example · not a client case study

A freelance designer finishes on Friday.

The agency approves the departure and identifies the relevant systems. REX5 removes access to the agreed agency workspace, project documentation, and password vault, then verifies the changes. A client-owned store requires the client’s administrator to remove the collaborator. REX5 records that request as pending until removal is confirmed and supplies a handover record showing completed and outstanding actions.

Your agency and clients keep control.

The agency approves access decisions. Client accounts remain client-owned, and REX5 works only with authorized access. When a client administrator must make a change, REX5 coordinates and records the request rather than treating it as completed.

One service, scoped to your agency.

This is the same REX5 part-time IT administration service, with coverage and pricing agreed around your team and systems. Software subscriptions are paid separately. Response follows agreed business hours; general employee helpdesk and 24/7 incident response are outside the standard service.
