REX5 administers agreed Google Workspace accounts, groups, and permissions as people join, change roles, or leave. Your business approves who receives access; REX5 carries out the approved changes and records the result.

1. Agree the person, role, required access, and approval owner.
2. Create or update accounts and group membership for joiners and role changes.
3. For departures, block access and remove agreed memberships; handle data ownership according to your approved procedure.
4. Check the outcome, record completed actions, and escalate failures or unresolved access.

Google Workspace changes do not automatically remove access from every other application. Separate systems require their own agreed checks.

We agree administrative access, responsibilities, supported actions, and service hours before starting. Automation and SSO depend on application capabilities and subscription plans; unsupported steps need manual work or a separately agreed solution.

This is part of REX5’s managed IT service: pricing is quoted for your team and up to eight named systems, with no fixed user limit or setup fee. The initial term is six months, then monthly with 30 days’ notice. Software subscriptions are separate. Large migrations, custom development, and general employee helpdesk are outside the standard scope.
